US Citizenship Applications:
We represent individuals applying for US citizenship by reviewing the client’s entire immigration
history to advise on potential risks and whether citizenship is appropriate and advisable. After the
client elects to move forward, our office prepares the paperwork, counsels the client before the
USCIS interview, attends the interview with the client, and continues to follow up with the USCIS
until the case is adjudicated. We have experience with many special circumstances which allow
for expedited processing of the citizenship application, including spouses of individuals regularly
stationed abroad to work for a US company engaged in international business. Therefore, we
routinely advise clients whether they may be eligible for one of many grounds of expedited
processing with the USCIS.
